Prior to my career now, I am a graduate of the Korea Military Academy, serving the Republic of Korea Army. I have learned that the key to exceptional customer service is earned through long term relations with my clients, and ultimately finding the right Genesis vehicle through extensive product knowledge.

Over 15 years of customer service experience, I have gained to understand and professionally deliver clients’ needs. Furthermore, my education in Automotive Service Technician have benefited my knowledge in automobile to further assist clients better. I have always loved automobiles, where I have decided to turn my passion into a career.
